Mammoth!
I went to Mammoth this past weekend and it was awesome! We made it up there in 5 hours and did a bit of hiking and sightseeing. It was beautiful up there – I’d only been there in the winter before, but it is really pretty during summer/fall. I can’t wait to go back!
Oh, see? Fair!
We went to the fair last weekend. I didn’t eat too crazy and didn’t go on any rides, but I did see a couple of giant oxen and some racing pigs. Yes, I know, quite exciting. Here are some pictures!
Hawaii 2012
I love going to Kauai! We went back there at the end of June and I seriously think we’ll be going back again somewhat soon. Gah, I want to go back now!
Michelle and Byron – Pae Baek in Los Angeles Koreatown
I got to do a Pae Baek shoot for my good friend Michelle and her (now) husband Byron at YongSuSan in Koreatown a few weeks ago and had a blast! It’s the exact same location that I did for Jung and Mike a few months ago, so it was nice to be able to revisit good old YongSuSan – me and the halmonis go way back.
Why it’s nice to see you again, statue.

Seriously, every time I come here, I’m amazed by the detail that goes into the interiors. I don’t know what this is, but there is so much intricacy in the decor of this place.

Here is Byron’s makeshift changing room …

Whereas Michelle had a more … regal preparation.

I love how much fun these guys have with each other
.

But sometimes girls are just weird.

Almost time to go! Okay enough commentary from me, enjoy!

Thanks again for letting me share this special day with you guys!

Oh and I just couldn’t leave this picture out – too perfect!

Bo, Tawny and Orion – Family Pictures in Palo Alto
Last week I had the pleasure of going up to visit my good friends Bo and Tawny and their son Orion, a precocious (I just really wanted to use that word) 4-year-old. I guess he’s a little precocious, but more sweet than anything. Enjoy!
We started things off in a diner, the Peninsula Fountain and Grill over in Palo Alto, and were able to snap off a few quick pictures.

By the way, their ice cream is delicious.

Right outside of the diner, Orion’s ready to travel.

I love this picture! It’s the sheer look of fear that you can only have when you’re a kid and you’re about to get chocolate wiped off of your face.

Well, now that that is taken care of, how’s about a nice family picture?

Then we came across a fountain – the lighting was great and Orion just started working his kid magic.

Cutting a rug …

I call this one “Blue Steel.”

As the proud parents watch on …

Walking along we found this cool building constructed entirely of glass bottles.

Then we made our way over to the park …

Thanks again for the hospitality and letting me take your pictures guys! I can’t wait to see you again soon!
